MyChart is replacing all previous patient portals at Methodist Le Bonheur for a seamless experience that takes the hassle out of managing your healthcare needs.

What Can I Do on MyChart?

With MyChart, you can manage appointments, payments, medications and more for yourself, your children and other family members.

The portal allows you to:

• Schedule appointments, confirm or cancel upcoming appointments, and view visit summaries

• Check-in for appointments online or on the app

• Access your test results without waiting for a letter or phone call

• Get price estimates for upcoming procedures

• Make payments and check balances

• Request prescription refills for medications filled at Methodist Le Bonheur pharmacies, view medication lists and read instructions

• Send messages to providers

• Store insurance information and track claims

• View health summaries for you and your family members, including current health issues, preventive care, allergies and more

1. Share Your Records With Your Entire Medical Team

MyChart makes accessing your records easy for providers at other healthcare organizations. This is true even if the other organization doesn’t use an electronic health record. The Share Everywhere feature allows you to generate a code to securely share your information with another provider. You can also link your account to other healthcare organizations to see your records from others using.

2. Get Medical Advice From Wherever You Are

MyChart allows you to easily schedule video visits with your doctor. If you’re not sure if you need a video visit or an in-person visit for a nonurgent issue, you can send a message to your healthcare team and get a response — all through MyChart.

3. Store Your Information Securely

MyChart uses secure servers to protect your information. Two-step authentication provides extra peace of mind by ensuring that no one else can log on to your account, even if they have your username and password.

Sign Up for MyChart Today

To sign up, ask your healthcare team for a one-step signup link. You can also request an activation code from the MyChart website or mobile app. Click “Sign Up” on the website or the app, then click “Sign Up Online.” You can then enter personal verification information, such as the last four digits of your social security number and date of birth, and request a code, which will be sent via email or text.
